Below is a set of questions for you to ask yourself every week, while engaging in the exercises provided within this course. Once you have completed all the steps, you can go back and compare your score.

3 = Neither agree, nor disagree
4 = Agree
5 = Strongly agree

Try writing down your scores, with additional comments if you like, and see how you progress between each time you do the test, in order to keep your motivation up.
