The last three days have been home task to do light physical activity. Physical activity is very important and useful, therefore, the task now that you continue with this!
Over the next week you should do 30 minutes of physical activity every day. Two of the days you should have a little more intensity than you have done until now. The remaining days will do light physical activity. If you think the task is too easy, you can do the exercises at higher intensity.
Over the next seven days you shall make a daily activity:
- 5 of the days -making an easy activity for 30 min
- 2 of the days - making activity with slightly higher intensity at 30 min
For example:
If you chose to walk on flat terrain, making two sessions where there are some hills. The corresponding increase if you have chosen a different type of exercise.
The goal of the sessions light intensity is that you know that your heart beats, and gets a little sweaty and tired.
The goal of the sessions with slightly higher intensity is that you will know very well that the heart beats, sweat and moderately tired.
